| How Children Become Enrolled |

A child must be in fourth grade attending a District of Columbia Public School and in the foster care system in the District of Columbia. Children cannot be enrolled on-line, by mail or by phone. BEST Kids™ Mentoring Program works with the District of Columbia's Child and Family Service Agency (CFSA) to identify the children that have the capacity to participate and are most at need. |
